"Kaizen Management Study Tour" in Japan

Every year KPC stages a "Kaizen Study Tour" in Japan for top managers.

It gives its participants an in-depth view of production and finishing methods of top Japanese companies. They then are able to return to their own businesses with a wealth of valuable know-how, new insight and vision.

"This trip really opened my eyes to all that is possible", commented a study-tour participant.

During the company visits we concentrate on the following points:

the company culture
production processes and production technology
production control methods
KAIZEN intensity and consequences

The tour is led by three experienced Kaizen consultants and accompanied by a professional tourist guide. Two of these consultants speak fluent German and English. In order to be able to provide the best possible care, we have limited the number of participants to 24 persons.
