Creating more value in the total value adding process

Instead of improving efficiency in single areas, we concentrate on improving overall efficiency in the value adding process.

We start from the point where the finished product leaves the plant and work our way back through all the processes by applying our KPC-Method.

The process of optimisation according to the KPC-Method sees the company as a total unit.
