Removal of the cause instead of treating the symptoms

Our consulting method concentrates on improving the value-added chain. We do not focus only on production volumes, costs, quality or absenteeism but work with the employees on the solution of their daily problems in the production process.

If a coach just tells his team to win, but does not teach them how, he will simply lead his team to resignation. To concentrate only on goals is demotivating.

KPC consultants develope solutions with the team in order to reach the goals.

Traditional production improvement activities lack the know-how to consequently remove the root cause of problems. Usually goals are set and results are studied but the daily problems on the shop floor are not eliminated.
