Implementation through coaching

The goal of KPC is that the team members become independent in their ability to put the Kaizen philosophy into practice.

Under the supervision of the KPC consultant, team members work out solutions, put them into practice and monitor the results.

The employees/team members

  • can influence
  • participate
  • are asked their opinion
  • reflect about their work
  • work out of their own motivation.

Rigid hierarchic structures are detrimental to the success of Kaizen workshops. Regardless of their position within the company, all team members work together on equal footing to work out solutions to improve productivity and to reach the team's goals. The KPC consultant will encourage everyone's participation in this process.
