The KPC-Method

From analysis to implementation

It is a part of the KPC philosophy to quickly achieve concrete results, therefore an analysis of the current status with the creation of a concept and road map usually takes only 3-5 days. The concept contains the following:

• A Company Vision: what should the company be like in 1, 3, 10 years?
• Goals (Milestone-Plan): which goals (quantified) must be achieved in order to attain the vision?
• Action Plan : which steps must be taken in each area?
• Workshop-Plan

In teamwork, the total result decides the success.
