Our objective:
Improving the operating result

Many know the theory of Kaizen, Kanban, TQM and Lean-Production but few know how to put the theories into practice.

Well-intentioned attempts to successfully put the above mentioned principles into practice have failed, simply due to the lack of practical know-how.

KPC consultants have many years of experience as leading managers in Japan, the country where KAIZEN originated. They have struggled with some of the most difficult problems in production systems and it has been, and continues to be, their daily task to find and implement solutions.

Even in the most challenging circumstances, KPC consultants have the ability to put their concepts and measures into practice, promptly and successfully. The improvements in the company's processes and operating results are clear and dramatic.

According to our experience, companies undertaking Kaizen activities often confuse activities with goals. Clear corporate goals are missing and the activity, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, etc., becomes the goal.

KPC Kaizen activities have a clear goal: Improvement of the operating result.

In other cases, there are goals but they are not broken down to every heirarchic level or the local goals are not synchronised with the overall goal. This can lead to fundamentally wrong decisions about the steps and measures to be taken. In certain circumstances, individual efficiency can be harmful to overall efficiency.
